Headless build configs="win32,win32,x86_64" [message #583169]

I'm using the headless PDE product build and would like to build using the
configs "win32,win32,x86_64". However, the build is failing during the
assembly step of the build process.

I was under the impression that "win32,win32,x86_64" was supported with
Eclipse Ganymede 3.4. Any clues on how to build for x86_64 would be
appreciated.
