As we move toward Connectathon and fix bugs incrementally, we will issue
binary builds of the IHE plugins and the OHF Bridge. These files will
be issued after minor updates - bug fixes, feature fixes, etc. These
builds are essentially equal to nightly builds... they may not work,
they may break things, etc. Do not use them for anything other than
preparation for the North American Connecthathon 2008.
