Artifact import wizard - Add to Selected Artifact greyed out [message #574178]

I am using OSEE Version: 0.7.0 RC 2009-02-19 08:49

With an artifact selected in Artifact Explorer, when I use the
right-click->Import to run the Artifact Import Wizard, the Add to Selected
Artifact radio button is greyed out and has ":null" on the end. Is this a
bug or have I messed something up in setup?
