Can't Start A New Project [message #570430]

I use windows vista sp2. I tried different packages eclipse-cpp-ganymede-SR2-win32.zip eclipse-cpp-helios-M5-win32.zip, and eclipse-cpp-galileo-SR2-win32.zip. When I click File -> New -> C++ Project, it gives me an error. Java and php packages seemd to work fine by themselves. Here's the log file.

For some reason, I can't copy paste the log file directly to the message. If I do that, the topic doesn't show up in the forum.
