Responsibilities:=20
* Design, implement, test and maintain major client- and server-side =
components of the company user interfaces and UI frameworks.=20
* Research and prototype new technologies as appropriate.=20
* Participate in build vs. buy decisions=20
* Define new product features in conjunction with product management, =
and provide specifications and user-interface designs=20
* Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit testing, =
documentation and maintenance as appropriate.=20
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:=20
* 5+ years experience developing enterprise software. Prefer experience =
building major components from start to finish.=20
* In-depth experience using middle-tier and front-end technologies such =
as Swing, Eclipse RCP, Struts, Spring, JSON, AJAX, HTML, CSS.=20
* Strong understanding of object oriented programming, design patterns, =
Java, JavaScript, and J2EE components.=20
* Experience building large desktop applications.=20
* Knowledge of human-computer interaction and user interface design =
principles; experience working with customers to develop solutions a =
plus.=20
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization, logic, and =
analytical skills.=20
* Must be passionate about developing highly efficient and responsive =

* Excellent written/communication skills.=20
