As we go forward with the project creation, we have the opportunity to
use subversion (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=131096)

If no one has any strong feelings to the contrary, I'll ask Toni to have
this provisioned instead of CVS.

I'll add this to the agenda of today's call just in case.
