I just installed the Eclipse_Tools_for_JEE_Developer_20070612.zip
package, and chose a new workspace, to see what a "fresh installation"
would look like.

The "Mylar Recommended Preferences" dialog opened, partially covering
the Welcome view.

I think it's a little early to expose Mylyn to a new Eclipse user; it
should only be shown when the user clicks on "Workbench button.

BTW, as "Open the Task List View" is selected by default, clicking
"Finish" (or hitting Enter) made the Task List View open, maximized,
completely covering the Welcome screen, but I'm not able to reproduce
this one.

Should I file a bug?
