These resources (Jr to Sr) will be primarily responsible for maintaining and
further developing the User Interface portion of a brand new transactional
J2EE application in the Debt Collection space. They will work closely with
Product Management and Business Analysts* to produce layouts for new
features and in conjunction with the mid-tier development staff to hook

Responsibilities
* Use development tool SWT (Standard Widget Toolkit)/JFace in open-source
integrated development environment
* Defines objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system
features and functionality working in conjunction with Product Management
* Designs and develops user interfaces to client/server application by
setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life
cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing
programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting
tests.
* Completes applications development by coordinating requirements,
schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting
development and production problems across multiple environments and
operating platforms.
Requirements
SWT/JFace OR Swing, Java, Web, Teamwork, Verbal Communication, User
Interface Design, Software Requirements, Software Development Process,
Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Software Debugging.
Education and Experience
Bachelors in Computer Science or Related Field
