The aims of the project sound great, and it's good to see an experiment
with a vertical industry solution, particularly one as important as
health care.
However, I must admit to a certain confusion over what's intended by the
proposal. Is it to be a collection of (source and graphical) editors? An
extension to BIRT with industry-specific forms and some added security
measures? Something else entirely?
Additional description around the user experience / scenarios
(particularly for those of us not familiar with the health care
industry) might help the larger Eclipse community to better understand
what's envisioned by the proposal.
