get the minOccurs and maxOccurs of an ElementDeclaration [message #562734]

I have hold of a XSDElementDeclaration and the
isElementDeclarationReference()
tells me that it is a reference. How do I get the minOccurs and
maxOccurs? Is there a simple way to walk up the tree to the XSDParticle?
