source development and evolution of the Eclipse Universal Tool Platform, a
general-purpose open, extensible and seamlessly-integrated development
environment platform used as the base technology in the committed products
of dozens of companies, including Rationals software development
platform. Eclipse is an international phenomenon, with hundreds of
plug-ins available for download, and an installed base estimated in the

THE REQUIREMENTS:
