Hi all,

I had seen polymap built on eclipse RCP using Java
I am using GRASS GIS instead off uDig which has its core libraries in C++.

I would like to build a desktop GIS application using C++ code .
I had seen polymap
[http://polymap.org/demos/polymap] which is using Eclipse RCP and uDig(Java) desktop interface

Can I build a web app like polymaps using Eclipse RCP and desktop application using C++ code.

All I need is to code the desktop gui in C++ and make the web app using Eclipse RCP reusing C++ code

If C++ is not possible can I use Ruby. for web and desktop
