RAP deployment as WAR on tomcat 5 /6 /7 [message #556081]

Need help in deploying a sample RAP application with View into tomcat as war file?
the sample rapdemo.war however works fine, but the steps in WAR deployment guide doesnt work.

Any ideas ?

eclipse 3.5 / 3.6 , RAP 1.3 is my environment.
