How to intercept Team::Synchronize [message #554002]

Hello folks, i´d like to create a plugin to intercept users´s click on Team Synchronize with Repository, menu item. But i don´t now how to listen to the event and capture it.

Can some one point me some light?

Hey, the command ID for Team Synchronize is org.eclipse.team.cvs.ui.commit, i create a AbstractHandler to try overwrite default behavior, but it still not working.
