Hello all,

The Target Management and Device Debugging projects have been
provisioned. We are following a hierarchical structure for the website,
as I previous announced:

www.eclipse.org/dsdp
www.eclipse.org/dsdp/tm
www.eclipse.org/dsdp/dd

The website is under construction, but all of the meeting notes and
other documents have been posted for download on the subproject pages.
