Hello,

I have a standalone SWT application which I want to convert to a web app. I was wondering if I could use RWT without converting the application to RCP first (meaning, using only the RWT part of RAP).

Thanks in advance,
Nir Orlev

Nir,

there is an FAQ entry [1] that describes how to develop an RWT
standalone application and deploy it on a servlet container.

If you are familiar with OSGi and/or want to use features from OSGi
there is an alternative. You can also run RWT (same applies to SWT)
within OSGi. Ask here if you need further information.

Thank you for the link, it's exactly what I was looking for. I am not sure what OSGi functionality I might be interested in, but I might find out on that along the way. If necessary, I will post again.

Thanks,
Nir
