Hi Patrick,
It seems you are trying to install the old version of Papyrus (from http://papyrusuml.org).
This tool is one of the tools from which Papyrus MDT is born. Old Papyrus UML is not an Eclipse project; this was an open source project done by a research center in France. Its successor, Papyrus MDT, is an eclipse project. This forum is centered on Papyrus MDT tool.
The old Papyrus UML is no longer supported. There won't be any support for this tool to migrate on the Helios release, as we are focused on the Papyrus MDT project. However, you can install it as a RCP application using the provided zips or installer on the papyrusuml.org website.
The Papyrus MDT project is available in the modeling bundle of Eclipse platform. You can also install it using a classic version of helios, but you will have to install numerous projects: EMF, UML2 project, GMF, Xtext, Modisco, etc. I strongly advise you to use the modeling version...
