This view is very helpful to us in the process of developing bundles using
Eclipse.
What I would like to ask you is whether ther already is such a view
developed by someone else?
If there isn`t such a view I am ready to share the code of the view with
those that are insterested and think it is helpful to have the
functionality of OSGi console build into an Eclipse view.

Sounds like a good thing. You could open an enhancement request at bugs.eclipse.org and post your code as an attachment there; that way, even if the Eclipse developers don't integrate it your code will be available to others to use simply by searching the bug database.
Although I don't personally need it at the moment, it does sound like a nice idea.

You should be able to follow the quick start guide for Equinox to get a
framework up and running. Form there you are in a standard OSGi world and
have all the power and responsibilities that entails. Where you thinking of
more than that?
