Unwanted menu contributions [message #538820]

I am an RCP newbie, and am still figuring out how everything fits together.
I added the org.eclipse.pde.runtime to my run configuration so that I could
use Plugin Spy with my RCP application. When I did that a Run and Search
menus and corresponding toolbar buttons were added to my RCP application. I
have since removed the pde runtime plugin from my configuration, but still
have the menus.

How do I get rid of the menus?

Edit you launch configuration and ensure that you have selected
"Clear the configuration area before launching" on tab "Configuration",
which should simulate a clean start.
If this doesn't help, you may also want to clear the workspace, see
tab "Main".
