DLTK ML is useless. Forum serves a better role as a platform for collaboration. https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/dltk-dev

On the other hand mailing list is easier to use and monitor Smile

Forum is easier to monitor, because along with traditional RSS feeds there is an ability to monitor interesting threads only. It is also possible to reply to threads even if you're not subscriber.

It appeared that ML here have useful search, but as more than half of people are writing here - there isn't much to find.

They just have different target audience - mailing list is supposed to be used as a communication channel among DLTK developers and personally for me mailing list is more convenient as I already use email Smile

Unfortunately, forum notifications don't include reply message, so ML is better to read and reply from email client. An ideal forums for me are Google Groups.
