Hi,

I am not sure how to ask this question, so I'll just ask it the most
straight forward manner.

How can I ensure, that when I am launching an "Eclipse Application
Launcher" configuration (an RCP application from Eclipse) that certain
bundles from the target platform will always be started?

More specifically, we are trying to make use of the new DS feature and
we need that org.eclipse.equinox.ds is always started by the time our
own bundles are loaded and started.

For some reason, it seems that simply setting auto-start and start-level
values of these bundles on the "Plug-ins" tab to a non-default value is
not enough.

That is - it sometimes works and sometimes it just does not work.
