Hello Daniel,

the upcoming Helios Xtext 1.0.0 Version has support for deriving a grammar from an existing ecore. in the currently available milestone m6 there is a wizard available. see http://www.eclipse.org/Xtext/documentation/helios/new_and_no teworthy.php for more information.

Another possibility is eFactory which offers a generic textual syntax for ecore models.

Depending on what you want to reach and what you want to customize both possibilities might be worth to be considered.
