It seems that CDO/Teneo/Hibernate does not support Hibernate lazy
fetching currently. However, lazy fetching is essential when working
with large models. There are two basic issues:

First (and less important) issue is how to declare classes in hibernate
mapping lazy:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=310990

Second is abount hibernate connection being closed when lazy loading.

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=310989

Any thoughts on this are appreciated.

Hi Aleksander,
The first one is possible through annotations in the model (see reply in the bugzilla).

The second one for sure is a bug. Thanks for filing it.
