Properly importing jars [message #525278] Mon, 05 April 2010 21:41
Eclipse UserFriend
Hi,

I was setting up some means of getting jar required by one of my bundles, and Johannes offered great help on this http:// www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=msg&th=165514&sta rt=0&, however what I am getting is 404 on all jars that I am trying to import to my plugin, so I am thinking that I might be approaching this whole thing wrong. I did some searching and saw this post http://old.nabble.com/Help-to-buckminster-td15475315.html which might be relevant to what I am doing as well.

Is correct way to import jars into a plugin is via eclipse.import and thus setting up update site for these jars?

May be I am misunderstanding something and the way I am doing importing is correct and just missing something?

thanks for your help,
Alex
