Not able to install developer tools in eclipse [message #522052]

Hi ,
It seems that the buttons are not working while installing ADT plugins. Has anybody seen issue like this.

Let me explain the problem in detail. I am trying to install Eclipse on Ubuntu . I was able to install is properly but stuck while installing the developer tools.
I am following the instruction on page http://developer.android.com/guide/developing/tools/adt.html
but somehow i am stuck at step 5 . I gave the URL in the eclipse install new software window as https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/ and the window detects to install the developer tools but showhow gets stuck after that and even i presson FINISH it does not completes. It seems to be doing something. I kept it like that for whole of night but no change till morning.
Please let me know if i am doing something wrong.

This is a known issue related to a recent change to gtk and how Eclipse/SWT
uses the feature that was changed. You can get around the problem by
setting an environment variable. I can't remember the specific variable.
Search the Newcomer news group for Eclipse and Ubuntu. I believe the online
forum version of the newsgroups has a sticky message at the top dealing with
Eclipse/Ubuntu issues.

. The issue is resolved by using keyboard instead of mouse.
