Problem with modal MessageDialog [message #519644]

I observe a strange behavior w.r.t to a normal MessageDialog object popped up from an RCP application. The behavior is not consistent. The dialog appears normally. But we try to drag the dialog or click on the title bar of the dialog it goes behind the application. It is still modal. If we try to click on the application the dialog comes up. But goes back again if we click on the dialog's title bar. Does anyone have any idea regarding this behavior.
In windows, I can see the message dialog as the active dialog even though it goes behind the main application. The color of title bar is deep blue while that of the application is the lighter shade.

This is reference to Eclipse SDK
