In almost all IDEs, can design GUI easily with a GUI designer, Select component, drag & drop it, add button easily with drag&drop,... .

Is there possible to design GUI with mention way in Eclipse?

Thank you Eric Rizzo.

I downloaded latest VE and tried to install it by helping from http://wiki.eclipse.org/VE/Update
but couldn't install VE and got this error:

An error occurred during the  org.eclipse.equinox.internal.provisional.p2.engine.phases.Ch eckTrust phase.
  session context was:(profile=PlatformProfile,  phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.provisional.p2.engine.pha ses.CheckTrust, operand=, action=).
  Error reading signed content.
  The file " /usr/lib/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.jem_2.0.300.R3_1_mainte nance.jar " does not exist

Please help me.
