Hi,
I have a crosstab that shows integers in the cells. There can be scenarios where some cells are empty but I just replace the NULL value with zero, which is fine.
However, when I export the crosstab to excel, the empty cells get a zero value (as expected) but they have an error "The number in this cell is formatted as text or preceded by an apostrophe".
Is there anyway I can force BIRT to export it as an number? The cell within the crosstab has type Integer and i've tried setting a custom number format on it but that doesnt work.
Any ideas?
thanks

Trevor,
Can you log a bug for this?
