Eclipse 3.5 AIX - Failed to retrieve default libraries for /TOOLBOX/aix/JDK/jdk1.6.0_00 [message #516371]

Eclipse User

We are using Eclipse 3.5 on AIX 5.3. When we set our JRE using
Installed JREs we are seeing this Failed to retrieve default libraries
for /TOOLBOX/aix/JDK/jdk1.6.0_00 message in .metadata/.log. We are
missing several jars from the JRE...including vm.jar.

Can you help me resolve this issue?
