SVN Repository Exploring missing [message #514251]

I have installed Subversive-incubation-0.7.8.I20091023-1300 and Subversive Connectors 2.2.1.I20091215-1700 and SVNKit 1.1.7 Implementation to RAD 7.0.0.8. However I am unable to see the SVN Repository Exploring option under Window> Open Perspective or SVN under Window>Show View>Other. I checked Window>Preferences>General>Capabilities>Advanced>Team and SVN Support is checked. What am I missing to see these SVN options?

Hello,

What's about CVS, do you see CVS Repository Exploring in Window>Open
Perspective>Other...?
Do you use SVN preferences in Window/Preferences/Team/SVN?
What OS, Eclipse version do you use?
