Extending the Samples wizard in Eclipse welcome screen [message #51955]

Is there a way to extend the
org.eclipse.pde.ui.internal.samples.ShowSampleAction wizard without it
showing the "What can you do with the sample" window on the right hand
side after the import of the sample is done? I am hooking into this wizard
with non-Java samples, and the links in this section is misleading
(Browsing, running, and debugging the Java source code in the project).
