This has been announced elsewhere, but in the interest of maximizing
communication, a termination review has been scheduled for the Cobol
project, Wednesday, February 10, 1600 UTC (11 AM Eastern Time).

and the official "channel of communication" is the eclipse mailing list,
cobol-dev@eclipse.org (not, this newsgroup).
