I'm getting this error while eclipse trying to build workspace.
Also I have more than 3 G free space at eclipse partition.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Probably a permission issue then? Your workspace and Eclipse
installation are in the same partition?

I am having the exact same problem.

I am running on MacOSX 10.6.2 and I keep several versions of Eclipse in my /Applications directory with folders named slightly differently, e.g. "eclipse 3.5M3 64-bit" and "eclipse 3.6M5 64-bit". I am using the Cocoa x86_64 builds.

I install the app as an admin then run eclipse from a different account as a normal user. I have been doing this for well over a year with no problems so I don't think this is necessarily the problem. Before installing 3.6M5 for example I was using 3.6M4 this way without any problems.

Also I edit my eclipse.ini file to change a few settings.

I have reverted back from 3.6M5 to 3.6M4 as I assumed it was a new bug with permissions in 3.6M5 but M4 is showing the same problem.

So maybe the install of 3.6M5 has changed some permissions somewhere?

Whereabouts are the files on disk that the bundleentry points to?
