I am trying to work with java DB and following the article:
http://www.vogella.de/articles/EclipseDataToolsPlatform/arti cle.html

I am using JDK 1.6 and Eclipse galelio and am unable to find

Data Management on Windows->preference


on as suggested by above article on its Configuration section.

i am trying to develop the simplest application using java and a database is there any other simple & good tutorial with my environment as I explained.

You need to download and install DTP from
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/?tab=project .

Also questions on DTP should go in DTP news group
