Hello,
When I started to work with Acceleo, I was also looking for tutorials. As there is no available tutorials for the moment, I learned M2T using following documents :
- M2T specification, from the OMG :
http://www.omg.org/spec/MOFM2T/1.0/
- OCL specification (model exploration in M2T is written in OCL language):
http://www.omg.org/spec/OCL/2.0/
- uml2java source code
In Eclipse : new example / Acceleo Example / uml2java

These three documents contain almost all the information needed to write your transformation scripts.
If you have an xslt backround, you will dive faster in M2T language, but it is not mandatory.

Regards

Sebastien
