It is newer, but that should not affect these symptoms.
I have not tried with IE7 since I do not have it installed on my machine.
For the Outlook Express account settings, I am using the default, with my
username and password (see
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Webmaster_FAQ#How_do_I_access_the_Ec lipse_newsgroups.3F).

Hi Paul:
Doesn't Eclipse pay attention to Performance test function of TPTP?
I had followed your guide to download Microsoft Internet Explorer from version 8 to 7. Now you only assure [TPTP-4.6.2-201001041900 and IE 6.x with success. ] but searching Internet Explorer 6 from Microsoft Web site is difficult .
Any way thanks for your kindness.

The URL Test component is part of the GA deliverable and tested at the end
of every iteration. This component supports and randomly tests IE6.x,
IE7.x, and IE8.x. Note, we do not state a specific browser version in our
documentation
( http://help.eclipse.org/galileo/topic/org.eclipse.tptp.test. recorders.url.doc.user/tasks/tcreatetestfromurlrecording.htm).
I have since tested TPTP-4.6.2-200911081900 and IE8 with success. As such,
these symptoms appear to be specific to your
install/configuration/browser/machine. Please ensure:
-cookies are enabled.
-firewall is turned off.
-proxy is configured correctly, if applicable.
-accept all security certificates when recording.
