You can download the core platform (aka Eclipse Classic) for Win64 now
at http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/ and then add other
features using the Help > Install new Software... wizard.

As for producing Windows 64-bit packages, it is being discussed in this
bug: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=293969

Have you installed a 32 bit JRE? It works for me.

i dont instal a 32 bit JRE.
i donot wanna use compatible mode.

but in this
