Hi all

Can anyone tell me why if i create an eclipse report project with a name that ends in jar , like report.jar , the eclipse ReportDesign View always shows :

java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.eclipse.birt.report.model.api.ModuleUtil.checkVersion(Mo duleUtil.java:698)

However if i simply rename the project name to report i don't have anymore the problem.

PS: I'm using Mac Os X, Eclipse Galileo with Birt 2.5.1
