I have a question about the management of OSGi bundles(plugins)
Is there a plugin with the functionality to manage plugins inside the
Eclipse
platform or remotely. I have to found any. So, If I am right, I will mention
about it in the article, or if I'm not right a reference will be provided.
I'm looking forward for the answer...

Eclipse comes with update.configurator, update.core and update.ui.
Moreover there is also the osgi level apis that allows you to install
bundles.
