How to hide a perspective ( not close ) and show another one! [message #493915]

Hello folks, does any one here knows how to hide the current perspective and show another to the user?
I need to show a second perspective with two views, to replace the current one with two views also, it could be a window but i dont know if is possible to add a ViewPart ou Perspective to a window.
