DocumentRoot "E:/EWorkspace/EasyPHP"

solved changing in "Run Configuration"
under PHP Server -> Configure

the URL setting to: http://127.0.0.1:8000

Prior to this I got it to run using some feature that stuck this prefix into the address field. Then I couldn't find which "run" feature did this.. so I went and edited as stated above
