Hi RAP Team,

is it possible to provide a howto that shows how a headless build for a
RAP application is set up (maybe a headless build for the mail example)
sometime?

As the pde build and all the related stuff is so confusing and
complicated, I think many RAP developers that build applications and
products would greatly appreciate such a howto.

Hi Thomas,

building RAP applications with PDE Build does not differ from building
RCP applications / regular plugins. The only interesting point may be to
export the whole thing as war file.

We use PDE build to produce a war file of all our demos in a nightly
build. You may want to take a look at
org.eclipse.rap/releng/org.eclipse.rap.releng/warbuild

It's not the best template as it's tightly bound to our own scripts but
it should give a an impression of what you need to do.
