Hi,

We have a custom editor based on JFace TextEditor.
We need to highlight some portions of the text with the help of regular expressions in the editor.
Would like to know is there something already available in eclipse to this end?
Also would like to know is it possible to provide text selection similar to ctrl + {select portions of text randomly, i.e., non-sequentially with the mouse} as it is in Microsoft word in the JFace TextEditor based editors?
