2.5.1 designer fails to load libraries [message #488591]

We have recently upgraded to 2.5.1 (downloading the 3.5.1 galileo reporting package)

I find that whenever a report uses a report libary, the designer fails to load the library properly and complains with loads of errors in the "problems" view. Once I touch the XML in the editor and save, everything is ok (also for other designs opened while the ok one is open), but after closing all reports and re-opening the design the problem re-appears.

Any hints?
