The image didn't come through and there's not enough info to make much
of a diagnosis. See the Tomcat FAQ for information about the Tomcat
support in WTP: http://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_Tomcat_FAQ.

Maybe this FAQ question addresses your issue:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_Tomcat_FAQ#If_I_start_my_Tomcat_ server_and_try_to_display_Tomcat.27s_default_page.2C_why_do_ I_see_a_directory_listing_or_404_error_page.3F

Cheers,
Larry

The only pieces of information we have to work with is "tomcat does not
work" and "http://localhost:9000". Thats not enough to attempt any
reasonable diagnosis.

Cheers,
Larry
