Which class is responsible for this functionality?

Hi,

org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.diagram.ui.tools.PopupBarTool is the popup that shows up when hovering over the canvas or any element of the diagram, providing actions to create new elements.

Valid types are determined in generated XxxModelingAssistantProvider.getTypesForPopupBar.
