Hello,

I heard the mylyn team is creating the Eclipse help fragments from the
online Wiki. Would it also be possible to create a PDF file from a Trac
Wiki that I have set up for our documentation?

Philip,

Mylyn WikiText can create XSL-FO from TracWiki. You can use this XSL-FO to go to PDF using Apache FOP, as described here:

Also the Textile-J project provides a PDF add-on to Mylyn WikiText, which can take you directly to PDF from TracWiki:
