Tab key doesn't work as expected in RichTextEditor [message #48388]

When editing text in the rich text editor, the pressing of the tabulator
key doesn't insert a new tab into the text. The tab key more behaves like
pressing tabs in a dialog or somewhere else, it switches to another control.
This is not an expected behaviour for editing texts. Also creating nested
lists is not possible if tab key moves to another control inside of the perspective
or to the OK button, if the editor is inside of a dialog.

Is there a workaround to fix this temporary?
