We have an eclipse help project with a number of books and search of certain
words seems to return no reults, even though the words are definitely in
some of the documents. What settings or factors could be limiting the search
?

The problem was that configuration/org.eclipse.help.base was left over from
previous builds so the index was not getting regenerated.
