Steps to get this eclipse.platform.ua newsgroup listed on the "All newsgroups" page at Ecl [message #469418]

If this isn't by design, :-), what should I do to have the webmaster
update that page to add it? Open a bug?

I don't know, but I experienced this myself when I started monitoring it.
I'll open a bug against the website component and if that's not the right
place, Denis will know what to do.
